This week's tip:

Teach Yourself the Double Push
A series of exercises for developing the Holy Grail of inline speed skating: the double push

Double Push Sequence 9

Step 9

You are now ready to repeat this exercise starting with your left leg.

Go back to Step 2 and perform steps 2 through 8 with your left leg.

This sequence may feel awkward at first, but with practice, it will start to feel natural.

Have fun with it.
