This week's tip:

Teach Yourself the Double Push
A series of exercises for developing the Holy Grail of inline speed skating: the double push

Double Push Sequence 2

Step 2

Transfer all your weight to your right leg. This will force you to lean to your right. (If you can lift your left foot off the ground, your weight is on your right leg.)

This weight transfer will put you on the outside edge of your wheels if you are wearing your skates.
