One Mile to Go - The Hyper Racing Team leads the pro men's pack about a mile from the finish of the Long Beach Marathon. Dane Lewis, who won the race, is in second place. Just behind him, partially obscured, is Troy Atwell. Atwell was one of the pack members who fell going around the final turn when a cyclist crashed in front of him. He finished 20th in the race. Just behind him in the photo is Wouter Hebbrecht of Belgium, a member of the 2005 Bont International team. He also fell trying to dodge the fallen cyclist. He finished 19th.
