Planet Podcast: What's a Podcast? A podcast is an audio broadcast that you listen to on your computer or digital music player. How Do I Listen? Click on the link next to the audio symbol If you download the podcast, find the file and click on it. If it doesn't start playing, try opening it with another media player, such as Quicktime (free from Apple). You can also transfer the file to a digital music player and listen to it there. Some computers will play the podcast but will not automatically save it on your computer. If you want to save it and you have a two-button mouse, right-click and choose save file. If you use a one-button mouse and an Apple computer, hold down the control key on your keyboard as you click the audio link.
