“Bearings” Definition: Bearings are the litte metal disks that help your wheels spin freely on their axles. They are packed with ball bearings that roll along on a track, called a race. There are two bearings for each wheel, one on each side. Most inline skates come with size-608 bearings. But high-end fitness and speed skates often come with size-688 micro bearings.
