Teach Yourself the Double Push
A series of exercises for developing the Holy Grail of inline speed skating: the double push

Double Push Sequence 4

Step 4

Without changing anything else, bend your right leg and return to the skating position. All your weight should be on the right leg.

The next steps require you to do three things at the same time. Practice them slowly to get a feel for the body position and movements involved.
